7. Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, images, colours, sizes, pricing, and availability are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, mobile displays, lighting conditions, photography, and device calibration.

  • Measurements may have a variation of approximately 1–2 cm due to manufacturing processes.

  • Handcrafted, embroidered, printed, or customized products may have slight variations that enhance their uniqueness.

  • Fabric texture, embellishments, embroidery placement, motifs, lace, buttons, accessories, and trims may vary slightly from the displayed images.

  • Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Such variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

8. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

Fashion Weavers offers customized clothing based on measurements, customer preferences, design selections, and customization requests.

By placing an order for a customized product, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

  • Fashion Weavers is not responsible for incorrect measurements submitted by customers.

  • Production begins only after confirmation of measurements and order details.

  • Once production or customization has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable law.

  • Minor variations in colour, embroidery, print placement, stitching, embellishments, and fabric texture may occur due to the handcrafted nature of customized garments.

Estimated production timelines are approximate and may vary depending on design complexity, fabric availability, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Pricing

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

As Fashion Weavers is currently not registered under GST, prices displayed on the Website do not include GST unless otherwise stated.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Pricing errors may occasionally occur due to technical issues or human error. If an incorrect price is displayed, Fashion Weavers reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of any amount paid.

Promotional prices are valid only for the specified promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively.

10. Payments

Fashion Weavers accepts secure online payments through the payment methods made available during checkout.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment authorization.

If a payment is declined or cannot be verified, the order may be cancelled.

Fashion Weavers is not responsible for payment failures caused by:

11. Order Placement and Acceptance

Fashion Weavers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

If your order is cancelled by Fashion Weavers before dispatch, any amount successfully received will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

12. Order Cancellation

Ready-to-Wear Products

Orders for ready-to-wear products may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Customized and Made-to-Order Products

Customized, stitched, altered, embroidered, or made-to-order products enter production specifically for the customer.

Accordingly:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once customization or production has commenced.

  • Requests to modify measurements, fabrics, colours, embroidery, or design after production begins may not be accommodated.

  • Any approved modification may result in additional charges and revised delivery timelines.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Fashion Weavers currently ships products within India only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Ready-to-Wear Products: Approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Customized Products: Approximately 7–14 business days, depending on production requirements.

These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery may vary due to:

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Courier delays

  • Public holidays

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Transportation disruptions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Fashion Weavers shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or events outside our reasonable control.

14. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Fashion Weavers is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, failed deliveries, or returned shipments resulting from:

  • Incorrect address details

  • Incomplete address

  • Invalid contact number

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

Where a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

15. Delivery and Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the order to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Customers are advised to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

If the outer packaging appears tampered with, damaged, or opened, customers should:

  • Refuse delivery where possible; or

  • Record appropriate evidence before accepting the shipment.

16. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the customer is unavailable,

  • the address is incorrect,

  • repeated delivery attempts fail, or

  • the shipment is refused without valid reason,

the package may be returned to Fashion Weavers.

Any re-shipping costs arising from such circumstances shall be borne by the customer.

Fashion Weavers shall not be liable for losses resulting from failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

17. Returns

Returns are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

Customers are encouraged to read the Refund & Returns Policy before placing an order.

In general:

  • Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return period specified in our Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, alteration, washing, perfume, deodorant, stains, or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for return.

Fashion Weavers reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any refund or exchange.

18. Customized Products

Due to the personalized nature of customized products:

  • Customized garments are generally non-returnable.

  • Customized garments are generally non-refundable.

  • Customized garments are generally non-exchangeable.

Exceptions may apply only where required by applicable law or where the product delivered is demonstrably defective or materially different from the confirmed order.

19. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify Fashion Weavers within the timeframe specified in our Refund & Returns Policy.

To process your request, we may require:

  • Clear photographs of the product.

  • Images of the packaging.

  • Order number.

  • Description of the issue.

  • Additional information reasonably required to assess the claim.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the request.
